Is this a good move for them?
I believe so, I believe it will have many benefits especially for customers that don’t live near a store or find the experience of shopping in store a nightmare (like so many of us).
Primark will have a variety of product sectors to show online which may be a downfall and make it harder to find a desired product. They will also need to sell high numbers of each product in order to make the online site a success.
Primark already claim to be the second largest retailer in the UK so maybe the future of Primark will be online, I for one will be a loyal customer and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the rumour is true.
